In addition, the development journey included analytical tools and digital platforms powered by machine learning and advanced artificial intelligence. These capabilities allow government entities to regularly monitor productivity indicators and assess the relationship between resources and outputs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a result, the Workforce Productivity Measurement System can support more efficient planning, stronger institutional performance, and more accurate decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
His Excellency Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of the Dubai Government Human Resources Department, said the adoption represents a strategic milestone in advancing government work and reflects Dubai\u2019s vision of building a government driven by data and advanced analytics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
