HONOR<\/a> has launched a new brand strategy, called “Dare to Be,” as it pushes deeper into becoming a global AI ecosystem device company. It marks the next stage in HONOR’s shift away from being known mainly for smartphones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The strategy brings together HONOR’s technology, product portfolio, partnerships and long-term goals under one unified direction. In other words, it reflects how the company wants devices, services and AI to work together. The aim is to create more intelligent, connected and human-centric experiences for users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to HONOR, the transformation is the result of years of continued innovation and growth. Therefore, the company is now moving beyond the traditional smartphone category. Instead, it is exploring new forms of intelligent devices and experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One clear example of this shift is the HONOR Robot Phone<\/a>. It combines embodied AI with a fully integrated robotic camera system. As a result, the device can move, respond and interact with users and their surroundings. This, HONOR says, shows its ambition to move AI beyond individual features and into the core of how devices work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, HONOR is expanding across smartphones, PCs, tablets, wearables and other intelligent devices. Consequently, this creates more connected experiences across its entire portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was showcased at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, under the theme “Alpha Plan: From Vision to Reality.” The plan sets out HONOR’s ambition to build an open and connected AI ecosystem, bringing together intelligent hardware, robotics and next-generation software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A key part of this vision is Agentic OS, HONOR’s next step in software. It is designed to better understand user intent and support more complex tasks. At LEAP 2026, HONOR demonstrated this vision through connected scenarios spanning smartphones, PCs, tablets, wearables and other intelligent devices. In doing so, the company showed how its AI ecosystem is moving from vision to reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imaging is another area of focus for HONOR. Through AiMAGE, the company is advancing AI-powered mobile photography while strengthening its capabilities through specialist partnerships. Notably, HONOR is collaborating with ARRI, one of the most respected names in professional filmmaking. ARRI’s cameras, lenses and imaging technologies are used across major film and television productions, including at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By combining ARRI Image Science with HONOR’s AI, computational imaging and device engineering, the partnership brings professional cinematic expertise closer to everyday mobile users. Ultimately, it supports HONOR’s ambition to make sophisticated visual storytelling more accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, HONOR enters this new brand era with strong momentum in the Middle East. This growth demonstrates the strength of its business as it expands beyond smartphones. According to the latest Omdia Middle East report, HONOR grew 35% in the first half of 2026. This made it the region’s second-largest smartphone brand. Notably, it was the only leading brand to achieve growth during a period when regional smartphone shipments declined by 13%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This performance reflects the growing strength of HONOR’s brand, product portfolio and market presence. It is supported by continued investment in innovation, retail, distribution and strategic partnerships. Furthermore, it provides a strong foundation for HONOR’s next phase of growth as it expands from smartphones into a broader AI device ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
