The deal brings together Nutanix (NASDAQ: NTNX), a hybrid cloud leader, and ChronoScale Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: CHRN), an accelerated compute platform built for demanding AI workloads.

Under this collaboration, enterprises will be able to extend into ChronoScale GPU-as-a-Service, tap pre-paid inference tokens through the ChronoScale Token Factory, and deploy a locally-hosted ChronoScale Foundry for agentic AI workflows. In turn, ChronoScale will leverage Nutanix’s Agentic AI software to deliver a broad range of accelerated compute and AI services to neoclouds.

Furthermore, the partnership goes beyond technology integration. It also covers go-to-market strategy, joint solution development, and customer engagement programs, giving both companies a wider reach into enterprise markets.

According to the companies, this Nutanix ChronoScale partnership combines capabilities that enterprise customers previously had to piece together on their own. Specifically, it merges Nutanix’s agentic AI portfolio with ChronoScale’s accelerated compute, enterprise AI foundry, and outcome-driven delivery approach.

On the integration side, ChronoScale plans to use Nutanix software within its AI infrastructure platform. As a result, this is expected to support customer onboarding, tenant management, service automation, virtualized infrastructure, and managed Kubernetes environments. Additionally, both companies intend to maintain joint demonstration and proof-of-concept environments, helping customers evaluate and adopt agentic AI solutions more easily.

Meanwhile, ChronoScale plans to extend Nutanix’s on-premises cloud footprint with elastic access to modern GPU capacity. Customers will reportedly be able to secure reserved capacity through ChronoScale GPU-as-a-Service for predictable workloads. Alternatively, they can draw on the ChronoScale Token Factory for burst or experimental needs. Both offerings are set to integrate with Nutanix’s enterprise AI tools, including Agent Gateway and Private Inferencing, aiming to give customers a single control plane across on-premises and ChronoScale environments.

Notably, Nutanix will also enable deployment of ChronoScale Foundry directly inside a customer’s own environment. This setup allows enterprises to build, run, and govern agentic workflows locally, while keeping agents, data, and workflow state within their own boundary. Enterprise customers will be able to deploy Foundry through the Nutanix Kubernetes Platform Catalog, extending Nutanix’s AI portfolio into managed agentic workloads.

Both companies also share strong ties with NVIDIA. ChronoScale operates as an NVIDIA Cloud Partner, using NVIDIA-validated reference designs for consistent performance. Similarly, Nutanix works as an NVIDIA technology partner and ISV, offering validated software for enterprise AI factories. Together, they plan to deploy NVIDIA HGX B300 systems connected through NVIDIA Spectrum-X networking, along with NVIDIA AI Enterprise software, NVIDIA NIM microservices, and NVIDIA NeMo, to build a production-ready AI stack.

Speaking on the announcement, ChronoScale CEO Cenly Chen said the next phase of AI adoption depends on making enterprise infrastructure easier to consume and faster to deploy. She added that this collaboration gives customers a shorter, more sovereign path to production AI.

Similarly, Tarkan Maner, President and Chief Commercial Officer at Nutanix, said organizations want a simpler way to scale AI. He noted that combining ChronoScale’s infrastructure with Nutanix’s operational simplicity and security will help businesses accelerate their AI transformation.

Adding a regional perspective, Mohammad Abulhouf, Vice President and GM for Middle East & Africa at Nutanix, said enterprises across the region are shifting quickly from AI experimentation to production. He emphasized that sovereignty, data control, and access to high-performance compute are becoming increasingly important, and that this partnership offers a practical way to scale AI while keeping infrastructure secure and locally governed.

Looking ahead, the partnership also includes joint marketing, sales enablement, and technical collaboration. Both companies plan to target Global 2000 organizations and other enterprises seeking scalable, sovereign AI infrastructure. Overall, the Nutanix ChronoScale partnership is expected to move forward through one or more definitive agreements in the coming months.

[154,9621
10542
9732
post-107137","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-cloud-computing","category-emerging-technologies","tag-enterprise-ai","contributor-news-desk
["GET
