Cloudflare, Inc. has introduced Adaptive Intelligence<\/a>, a new continuous detection engine built into Cloudflare Bot Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adaptive Intelligence draws on insights from trillions of requests across Cloudflare’s global network. As a result, it can learn from live traffic in real time. It then generates short-lived rules that make automated attacks costly and time-consuming to repeat. Consequently, organizations gain a detection engine that adapts instantly when attackers breach their defenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Launching an automated cyberattack once required advanced engineering skills. However, modern AI tools and cheap online resources have made it far simpler. Today, almost anyone with a modest budget can rent networks of compromised devices. They can also mask their location behind real home internet addresses. In addition, free software now mimics basic human behavior convincingly. This combination creates an uneven fight for online businesses. While attackers can make endless, low-cost attempts, security teams must block every threat instantly, without disrupting real visitors. First, the system offers always-on defense. Cloudflare’s machine learning model retrains continuously on live traffic. It integrates new bot frameworks and bypass techniques in real time, rather than waiting for manual updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
