Meta has announced Muse<\/a> for Small Business, expanding its personal AI agent with new skills and connectors designed to help small businesses manage everyday tasks. Muse for Small Business builds on the Muse AI agent introduced earlier this month for users in the US and Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The update allows businesses to give Muse goals such as running parts of their business or finding new customers. The AI agent can then work across connected tools to help complete those tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Connecting With Existing Business Tools<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n With the latest update, businesses can connect Muse to tools they already use. These include Asana, Box, Canva, Dropbox, Figma, Granola, HighLevel, Intuit QuickBooks, Klaviyo, Lovable, Notion, Shopify, Slack, Stripe, and Zoom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Businesses can also connect their Facebook and Instagram business accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Once connected, Muse can work with information about the business, including what it sells, its brand voice, and questions customers regularly ask.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Muse can connect to Instagram professional account analytics, Facebook Pages, and Meta ad accounts through a few steps. It can also work with tools supporting a company’s brand, storefront, financial records, and customer information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Canva co-founder and CPO Cameron Adams said connecting Muse with Canva can bring a business’s existing work, context, and brand into conversations with the AI agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He added that the integration can help users turn an early idea into something on-brand, editable, and ready to share, whether they are launching a side business or preparing a presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Businesses Remain in Control<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Meta says businesses remain in control of actions taken through Muse. According to the company, business owners have told Meta that they often have limited time despite having ideas and plans they want to pursue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Tom Mulholland, owner of Mulholland Grocery in Malvern, Iowa, said he works around 65 hours a week and needs to spend more time on activities that directly generate revenue for his business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He said Muse is helping him take over some of the other roles involved in running a small business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Meta is also highlighting several use cases for Muse, including managing information from email, calendars, and news, while identifying tasks that the AI agent can help handle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Early Feedback From Businesses and Partners<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Businesses and partners have been testing Muse’s new skills and connectors ahead of the announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Figma Chief Design Officer Loredana Crisan said Muse can allow teams and businesses to bring the brand they have created in Figma into the work they produce with Muse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Meanwhile, Meta said the full list of available connectors can be found through Muse’s app settings, with additional connectors planned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Muse Pricing and What’s Next<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Muse is free for most of the functionality people need, according to Meta. The company is also offering subscription plans<\/a> for users who want additional capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
