Kuwait\u2019s customer experience investment is driving Kuwait\u2019s IT market to a record-high of KWD 556 million by 2021, according to Andy Froemmel, the new Managing Director of Kuwait for global technology company SAP<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In line with Kuwait Vision 2035\u2019s goals of\ndiversified economic growth, Kuwait\u2019s organizations are investing in real-time\nanalytics software to transform citizen and customer experiences. As a result,\nKuwait\u2019s IT market is set to grow by 20 percent to KWD 556 million by 2021, according\nto a recent\nreport<\/a> by Fitch Solutions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cKuwait Vision 2035 and the booming IT market show\nthat organizations are embracing digital transformation and real-time analytics\nto make services faster, easier, and more effective,\u201d said Andy Froemmel,\nManaging Director, SAP Kuwait. \u201cAs Kuwait Vision 2035 advances, we are\nespecially transforming the government and public sector, banking and finance,\nand oil and gas.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SAP has appointed Andy Froemmel as Managing Director\nof Kuwait. Andy Froemmel brings more than 18 years of experience working for\nSAP, including Head of Cloud for Middle East North, and Chief Operating Officer\nfor Saudi Arabia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In turn, Mohamed Helmy will take on the role of Head\nof Cloud Business for Middle East North. Helmy will be based out of Kuwait, and\nwill continue to support and work with the region\u2019s leading innovators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
