BASF\u2019s project team will work from a Seidor MENA-crafted global template\nfor the consolidation of business processes. As lessons are learned from\ninitial rollouts, implementation will be standardized for subsequent waves to lower\nTCO for BASF. Seidor MENA will continue updating this template over a three-year\nperiod, based on business needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Seidor MENA will also engage heavily with end users in the pilot\ncountries to ensure successful implementations and boost users\u2019 confidence in,\nand acceptance of, the new solution.
