Following an\ninvestment from Insight Partners at the beginning of 2019, the acquisition of Veeam\nwith over $1 billion in annual sales and more than 365,000 customers worldwide,\nwill drive accelerated growth in the U.S market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cInsight has been a\ntrusted partner since 2013 when they made their first minority-stake investment\nin Veeam,\u201d said Bill Largent, CEO at Veeam.\u201d They are known for taking\nhigh-growth international companies and driving their success in the U.S. market,\nwhere they can add invaluable resources, support and expertise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to\nenabling Veeam to accelerate its Act II, the company will move the company\u2019s\nheadquarters to the U.S. from Switzerland and add strength and experience to\nits executive team. As part of the acquisition, the following appointments have\nbeen made:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>William\nH. Largent has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
