The Abu Dhabi City Municipality and SAP have organized a graduation ceremony for 16 students who have completed an international training course on innovative technology<\/a>, held in the presence of His Excellency Ernst Peter Fischer, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to the UAE; H.E. Salem Almemari, Executive Director Municipality Services Abu Dhabi Municipality; a number of representatives from Abu Dhabi City Municipality as well as further representatives from global and local organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abu Dhabi Municipality thanked SAP for\nsupporting students and providing the training courses. Graduates have become\nempowered and enabled with digital skills knowledge and expertise, so they can\nsucceed in the labor market. The Municipality praised SAP\u2019s local, regional,\nand international corporate social responsibility initiatives to develop the\nspecialized, educated, and trained Millennial workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Municipality added that today\u2019s graduation,\nwhich gained further significance in the presence of the German Ambassador,\nunderlines the Municipality\u2019s commitment to collaborating with leading\nstrategic partners. This training course, which lasted for more than three\nmonths, enhances the Municipality’s support for societal transformation, and\nprovides the labor market with expert and trained talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SAP continues to foster partnerships with its\necosystem of customers, partners, universities, and government and public\nsector institutions to offer the Young Professional Program in many countries\nworldwide. The Young Professional Program\u2019s success is yielding diverse\nbenefits to stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Young Professional Program helps young\npeople to find suitable and rewarding jobs, and makes it easier for SAP\u2019s\ncustomers and partners to hire young talent. The program is also enriching\nSAP\u2019s customer and partner ecosystem, and is fostering local economic growth\nwith a vibrant digital job market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Young Professional Program course\nencompassed a wide range of subjects including presentation and communication\nskills, design thinking, business model innovation, as well as interview and\nsales skills in addition to two globally recognized SAP certifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
