Beyon Cyber, part of the Beyon Group, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in DTS Solution, a regional Cyber Security Advisory, Consulting, and Engineering firm headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deal was signed by Beyon Chief Digital Growth Officer, Shaikh Mohamed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa and DTS CEO Vahe Daghlian, during a ceremony which took place at the Beyon Campus, in Hamala, Bahrain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DTS Solution, founded in 2011, is a top provider of cybersecurity services. Its team of highly qualified cybersecurity experts offers a variety of cutting-edge services and solutions to combat cybercrime and improve compliance. The largest private sector CSOC (Cybersecurity Operations Centre) in Bahrain is run by the cybersecurity provider Beyon Cyber, which also provides advanced end-to-end cybersecurity solutions, managed services, and consultancy to businesses throughout Bahrain and the region.<\/p>\n\n\n

This acquisition by Beyon Cyber of DTS Solution will help with strategic plans to increase its geographical footprint and portfolio of cybersecurity offerings, to make sure the delivery of top-class cybersecurity products and services that tackle challenging security needs.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shaikh Mohamed said \u201cThis is an important milestone for Beyon Cyber that supports its vision of becoming a global cyber security player, and also represents a major step in Beyon\u2019s wider regional expansion strategy.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
