Taking\nplace during the occasion of Chinese New Year Spring Festival, du enabled CMG with\nthe first-ever 5G live broadcast of this event, which was held at Dubai\u2019s City\nWalk on 17 January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This milestone represented a breakthrough for du\u2019s dynamic 5G network and made a significant step towards further bolstering the proud bilateral relations the <a href=\"https:\/\/techxmedia.com\/tag\/UAE\">UAE<\/a> government shares with its Chinese counterparts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\ncelebration at City Walk, organised by the UAE government, saw CMG use 5G\nsmartphones for mobile live broadcasts and a 5G MIFI with 4K camera\ncapabilities to capture and live broadcast the grand occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2018From Beijing\nto Dubai\u2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saleem\nAlBlooshi, Chief Technology Officer, EITC, said: \u201cFrom Beijing to Dubai, du is\nproud to be playing a leading role in connecting the future economic progress\nof China and the UAE.
