The signing, which also included the presence of H.H. Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi, is part of the Malaysia Madani Artificial Intelligence (MMAI) initiative. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The partnership aims to utilize AI and advanced data analytics to enhance community safety, national security, and operational efficiencies. The MoU was signed by Mohamed Hassan Alsuwaidi, UAE Minister of Investment, and Saifuddin Nasution Ismail, Malaysia\u2019s Minister of Home Affairs. By integrating cutting-edge AI and advanced analytics, we aim to address challenges like public safety and operational efficiency while benefiting from the UAE\u2019s expertise in technological innovation.\u201d This agreement further solidifies the UAE-Malaysia economic relationship, which saw non-oil trade reach USD 2.5 billion in the first half of 2024, a 7% increase from 2023.
