It also supports the emirate\u2019s vision of a digital knowledge economy in line with the directives of its leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The AI training programme consists of three tailored tracks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>IT Developers Track:<\/strong> Designed for employees with basic tech knowledge, software developers, data scientists, project managers, HR professionals, and IT specialists seeking to expand their AI expertise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AI for All:<\/strong> Provides a broad overview of AI history, techniques, and future trends. This track is accessible via the Learning Management System (LMS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Executive Track:<\/strong> Focused on AI content for leadership, helping executives understand AI\u2019s strategic impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori, Director-General of Digital Dubai, emphasized the initiative&#8217;s importance, stating, <em>\u201cDeveloping digital skills is central to our strategy to accelerate Dubai\u2019s digital transformation. AI is the foundation of our future plans, reinforcing Dubai\u2019s position as a global digital city. Our partnership with Microsoft will equip government employees with AI expertise, driving the emirate\u2019s economic agenda.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naim Yazbeck, General Manager of Microsoft UAE, added, <em>\u201cWe are excited to support Digital Dubai in empowering government professionals with AI skills.
