The digital transformation initiative is part of Zain Jordan\u2019s ongoing efforts to enhance digital services, improve customer experiences, and boost operational agility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to both companies, the strategic project will transition Zain Jordan\u2019s converged BSS to a cloud-native model. This move is expected to drive innovation, optimize costs, and accelerate the company\u2019s digital transformation journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ericsson, listed on NASDAQ as ERIC, revealed it will upgrade Zain Jordan\u2019s current implementation of Ericsson Charging to the latest software version. The update will include new features and capabilities, all hosted on the Ericsson Cloud Native Infrastructure Solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This digital shift will support Zain Jordan\u2019s adoption of a catalog-based business model.
