These include overseeing the company\u2019s sales and go-to-market strategy. This move reflects a shift towards a more centralised leadership model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The update follows the retirement of Julian Bull, Endava\u2019s Chief Operating Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, Alastair Lukies CBE has joined Endava as Chief Engagement Officer. He will focus on strengthening stakeholder engagement, both externally and internally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, Lukies will chair Endava\u2019s newly announced Global Advisory Board. The board aims to support the company\u2019s AI-driven growth. Its members bring broad experience across industries and regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Endava has also reported the return of Rob Machin to a senior leadership role. He has been appointed Chief People and Locations Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Machin, a former COO of Endava, will work to enhance the company\u2019s strong engineering culture. He will focus on delivering value in complex systems modernisation and leveraging AI-driven productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He succeeds David Churchill, the outgoing Chief People Officer, who is leaving the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>John Cotterell commented on the changes, stating:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alastair Lukies is expected to play a key role in strengthening relationships and guiding <a href=\"https:\/\/techxmedia.com\/en\/category\/emerging-technologies\/artificial-intelligence\/\">AI<\/a>-led initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rob Machin\u2019s return reinforces Endava\u2019s commitment to its people and engineering excellence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cotterell also expressed appreciation for Julian Bull and David Churchill, thanking them for their contributions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Endava revealed that these updates mark a new chapter for the company.
