WSO2, an enterprise digital infrastructure technology company, has appointed Tami Reller and Nina Hargus to its board of directors. Both executives bring decades of leadership experience in finance, marketing, strategy, and technology, enhancing WSO2’s ability to accelerate global growth and foster digital innovation.

Tami Reller, an expert in finance and digital strategy, has held executive positions at Great Plains Software, Microsoft, and UnitedHealth Group. Most recently, she served as CEO of Duly Health and Care, the largest independent physician group in the United States. Reller currently serves on the boards of SPS Commerce, HealthBridge, and Fairview Health. With her strong background in financial leadership, she will play a key role in shaping WSO2’s growth strategies.

Nina Hargus, who previously served on WSO2’s board during its transition under EQT ownership, rejoins the company to contribute to its marketing and growth initiatives. Hargus has extensive experience in driving company growth, having held CMO roles at EMC, Virtustream, and VCE, as well as a senior role at Dell Technologies. She is also an external advisor in the Bain Advisory Network and has a strong track record of leading global marketing transformations.

The appointments of Reller and Hargus come at a critical time as WSO2 continues to lead with its cloud-native solutions, which power 60 trillion transactions and manage over 1 billion identities annually. Their expertise will be invaluable in guiding WSO2’s expansion strategy and enhancing its brand positioning as the company continues to empower businesses worldwide with innovative technology.
