Etisalat won Best Regional SMS Service Provider CC Global Awards 2021 during the fifth annual Carrier Community (CC) Global Awards ceremony in Berlin on the 2nd of September.

The CC Global Awards honor innovations and achievements among telecom wholesale operators and ecosystem partners around the world, as judged by an impartial panel of telecom analysts and experts.

The Best Regional SMS Service Provider award is granted to an organization with a one-of-a-kind service or initiative that displays the most successful and innovative service or solution, as well as the commercial benefits that result from it.

Etisalat recently invested in a cutting-edge messaging platform with a variety of advanced features to ensure best-in-class quality service, cost-effective routing, mobile number portability, security services such as a firewall, an online portal with a dashboard, and other tools, and API interconnection capability.

Etisalat’s regional sales presence in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia has resulted in the expansion of Etisalat’s wholesale application-to-person (A2P) customer base to the EMEA and Asia areas, bringing the company closer to end customers.
