Share

Fintech start-up PayBy has launched Send Paylink, a new Point of Sale [POS] service enabling faster and easier sales. Merchants may generate a payment link to send to consumers using their PayBy POS. When consumers receive the link, they may pay using the PayBy app or their credit card, rather than cash.

PayBy’sSend Paylink is versatile and reliable enough to be used in a variety of organisations and scenarios. Payment links can be included in emails, text messages, or messages sent through messaging apps. Without having an e-commerce website or writing any code, merchants may begin collecting payments in minutes. Send Paylink orders are logged on the POS platform, allowing merchants to easily review and manage their business data.

When ordering items, customers do not have to pay cash on delivery to store employees. Payments can be made using the PayBy mobile wallet or online using bank cards.

Dr Mahmoud Alkouz, Operations Manager at Al Ain Pharmacy said: “PayBy’s new POS feature, Send Paylink, is a welcome development for businesses that want to accept digital payments from customers, without the hassles of websites, apps or sustaining the risk of cash on delivery (COD). It simplifies payments and diversifies revenue streams for all kinds of UAE businesses, including pharmacy chains with existing payment systems – any PayBy merchant can create a payment link on POS to send to their customers. This is a perfect example of combining technology with strategic vision to bring digital solutions to life.”

PayBy provides merchant solutions for all types of businesses in the UAE, from micro – enterprises to huge retailers serving thousands of clients every day. Local businesses will benefit from these cost-effective solutions, which will enable them to provide a better user experience and reach a larger customer base more quickly.

PayBy’s financial transactions are well safeguarded by leading and proven technology, such as an AI-based security management system, which adheres to PCI-DSS standards.

PayBy also offers digital payment services for retail transactions, hotels, transportation, utilities, and cell top-ups, among other things. PayBy enables contactless and cashless payments with a QR-code-based payment system. PayBy’s QR code is based on tokenisation, which is widely regarded as a more secure payment method because it allows sensitive payment information to be processed without exposing it. The PayBy App is available in the Apple Store, Google Play, and Huawei Store right now.
