Honeywell has announced the launch of its new Catalyst Partner Program (CPP), a customer-centric global framework designed to help its system integrator, distributor, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa grow and succeed. Honeywell Building Technologies’ new global program streamlines previous channel partner program experiences across the company’s Fire, Security, Electrical Products, and Building Management Systems (BMS) businesses to help improve end customer standard of care and create greater efficiencies via a new digital platform.

The CPP is designed to improve customer experience touchpoints and better meet the needs of end customers. It leverages best practices from previous programs and helps channel partners drive business growth while aligning on shared strategic goals. The new program includes a new digital Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform that provides partners with a digital resource for managing their portfolio and tracking their progress, incentives, and benefits.

“The Catalyst Partner Program is the next step in our customer-centric journey to better support our regional channel partners’ needs in a transparent, consistent and accessible way,” said Sultan Chatila, Chief Commercial Officer, Honeywell Building Technologies, Middle East, Turkey and Africa. “The new program and PRM dashboard offer our partners a more integrated approach to growing their businesses, gain product knowledge, and provide better customer service.”

The CPP uses a tiered approach to support participants’ accomplishments and recognizes channel partners’ performance based on capability, strategic alignment, and purchasing history. The tiers of rewards and recognition increase in accordance with sales volume, business results, customer service, product training, and engagement. Account service levels, preferred pricing, and marketing support are all program benefits that correlate with the partner’s program tier.

The CPP expands Honeywell Building Technologies’ efforts to make working with the company easier for channel partners and customers. MyBuildings assists Honeywell.com, an e-commerce platform that allows customers to purchase products directly from Honeywell, and the My Honeywell Buildings University (MyHBU) education portal, which offers channel partners and customers access to more than 350 instructor-led courses and on-demand content about Honeywell Fire, Security, Electrical Products, and BMS products. The platforms provide customized, user-friendly experiences and assist customers in staying current with product and critical industry certifications required to respond to business.
