Dynatrace, a software intelligence company, has announced the appointment of Jawad Toukna as its new Regional Director for the Middle East.
The Dubai-based executive brings 20 years of IT expertise to the position, where he will focus on driving Dynatrace’s regional development while also creating a scalable, collaborative work environment.

Dynatrace is extending operations to the UAE to fulfil rising regional demand for software intelligence at a time when enterprises are undergoing digital transformations and migrating to dynamic multiclouds. Jawad’s considerable history in sales and driving strategic company growth will be extremely useful to Dynatrace as it expands its global operations. Jawad formerly assisted Forcepoint’s MENA region in driving strategic go-to-market strategies and alliance agreements.
In addition to his years of industry experience in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, Jawad has an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School and an Executive Program for Technology Chief Operation Officer from Stanford University.
