2022 is a momentous year for LogRhythm, starting with unveiling the company’s new brand identity and naming Chris O’Malley as CEO. The company announces Kish Dill’s expanded role as chief product and customer officer and welcomes Matthew Sarafian as chief people officer. LogRhythm also welcomes Steve Kansa as VP of product management for product delivery and former VP of EMEA sales engineering, Jonathan Zulberg, as VP of product management for design and innovation.
LogRhythm made these strategic hires and promotions to continue innovating the company’s security solutions to better meet the needs of its customers, assisting in closing workforce gaps, increasing knowledge of new attacks, and confidently navigating an ever-changing threat landscape. The announcement comes ahead of the later-this-year launch of LogRhythm’s cloud-native platform.

Dill’s expanded role will allow him to help build products that customers love and drive global customer success by assisting customers in deploying and maintaining LogRhythm solutions. Dill’s primary goal is to ensure that customers get the most out of LogRhythm solutions. Dill has diligently overseen both engineering and customer success over the past year and will be an invaluable asset as the company continues to innovate its products and improve customer satisfaction.

Sarafian will use his extensive human resources experience as chief people officer to help drive LogRhythm’s organizational growth, leadership development, and employee engagement. Sarafian was Compuware’s VP of human resources and operations for 22 years before joining LogRhythm.

He joins the company from Veracode and brings a successful track record of defining product direction, building high performing teams and meeting customer needs.
LogRhythm veteran, Zulberg, will transition from his current sales leadership role to VP of product management, overseeing product innovation through close collaboration and feedback from customers to address their most pressing concerns.
