Mindware and Quest have inked distribution deal for GCC and Levant. Quest, a global systems management, data protection, and security software company, has appointed Mindware as a Value-Added Distributor for the GCC and Levant areas. Mindware will market and distribute the vendor’s full portfolio of products for managing, modernising, and securing business infrastructure under the terms of the agreement.

Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Nicholas Argyrides, General Manager – Gulf at Mindware says, “In today’s extremely complex IT landscape, Quest has earned a reputation as a leading software provider for critical enterprise IT challenges. Their solutions indisputably tick multiple digital transformation boxes. Quest makes the promise of new technology real – turning data into insights quicker, modernizing infrastructure faster for the Cloud, optimizing the application experience and helping organizations gain control for every device that touches the network.”

“With Mindware building out its solutions portfolio, we saw an opportunity in the Identity & Access Management and Data Governance verticals. In addition, we felt the need to bring in a solution suitable for the Microsoft platform management, that would add value to our long-standing partnership with the vendor. Quest software solutions address all these areas and round-up our portfolio nicely. Together with our channel partners, we are excited at the prospect of bringing the vendor’s offerings to the market and are confident of driving aggressive growth, this year and beyond.”

Quest has been offering software solutions since 1987, ranging from Active Directory and Office 365 management to cybersecurity resilience and helping businesses get the most out of their data. Quest helps over 130,000 firms and 95% of the Fortune 500 become data empowered, give proactive management and monitoring for the next enterprise project, find the next solution for difficult Microsoft challenges, and stay ahead of the next cyber threat all around the world. In the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Privileged Access Management for 2021, One Identity, a Quest Software subsidiary that helps organisations develop an identity-centric security policy, was named a Leader.

Mindware and Quest will collaborate closely to create an ecosystem of specialised partners with the technical expertise to provide high-quality consulting and implementation services on the vendor’s behalf. Training and empowerment workshops for partners will be a primary priority. In addition, Mindware will provide assistance to partners during the POC process. Promotions will be conducted by the distributor, including free trial licences based on deal size and an incentive programme engaging Microsoft LSP partners.

“With digital transformation on the agenda of nearly every organization today, the time is right for our company to capitalise on new market opportunities. We see the GCC and Levant as high growth markets, with the region’s propensity to embrace the ‘latest and greatest’ technologies.

We believe that Mindware – with its high level of technical expertise, deep market knowledge, strong channel base and wide portfolio of vendor partners with complementary solutions – is the perfect ally to help us penetrate the market. We are eager to grow this partnership and build on the initial success that we have had in this region,” said Mr. Amer Chebaro, Region Lead – EMEA Emerging Markets at Quest.
