The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure has introduced “Ask MOEI,” an innovative AI-powered chatbot designed to streamline public inquiries and service requests on its website. The chatbot, available 24/7, offers quick and accurate responses to both basic questions and more complex service-related queries, enhancing user experience and accessibility.
Developed in collaboration with the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), the AI platform supports real-time communication, helping users save time while accessing essential services and information.
This initiative reflects the ministry’s commitment to digital transformation and improved service delivery, in line with the UAE’s “We the UAE 2031” vision. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure is focused on making its services more efficient and accessible to the public.
