Oman based TZC powers its digital transformation with SAP

The Zubair Corporation LLC (TZC), a consignment family-owned business with a diverse portfolio of subsidiaries in Oman, has partnered with the global technology company SAP.

As part of its new business strategy, the partnerships aim to power its group-wide digital transformation by implementing the latest SAP innovations such as SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactor, the core offering of RISE with SAP, and others.

TZC’s portfolio includes a large number of subsidiaries in a variety of industries, including arts and heritage, automotive, oil exploration and production, education, energy and logistics, financial services, manufacturing, real estate and hospitality, and related investments, as well as engineering, construction, and contracting. The organization required a comprehensive solution to address real-time business insights and bridge communication gaps across its subsidiaries due to the size and scope of its portfolio.

TZC will benefit from solutions to simplify complex business processes by moving to SAP’s S/4HANA and RISE with SAP, while the full suite of SAP SuccessFactors solutions will enable comprehensive management of day-to-day employee requirements and talent growth. The overall digital transformation powered by SAP solutions will be divided into phases, with the first focusing on The Zubair Corporation’s headquarters and a select group of companies in its portfolio.
