Red Hat Training and Certification is expanding its services for partners to help them enhance their abilities using open hybrid cloud technologies, according to Red Hat, Inc.
Red Hat partners may now take advantage of free Red Hat Training self-paced online courses to learn about Red Hat solutions in areas like cloud computing, containers, virtualization, automation, and more.
The Red Hat Partner Training Portal, a training and accreditation platform designed to empower partners and provide them with the reliable guidance needed to support sales, improve customer service, and deliver Red Hat-related service engagements, has been providing enablement for partner organizations since 2013. Red Hat is expanding enablement resources for partner associates who provide customer-facing IT support, consultants, solutions architects, system administrators, and developers, based on feedback from partners. Red Hat Training courses, which were previously solely available to customers, are now available to partners at no cost.
Organizations must rely on a talented workforce to support digital transformation, technological development, and customer services in order to keep up in an environment that demands ongoing innovation. Red Hat Training and Certification provides a self-paced learning and hands-on laboratories program to assist IT professionals in broadening their competences and validating their skills with Red Hat technologies. In fact, a Red Hat-commissioned IDC study found that by allowing employees to learn at their own speed using online modules and laboratories, firms may receive a three-year return on investment of 365 percent and enhance productivity.
The initial Red Hat Training offerings available to partners include 17 courses in eight languages, all of which are accessible through the Red Hat Partner Training Portal and pave the basis for further skill development through accreditation and certification. Partners will be better positioned to accelerate skill development and earn Red Hat Certification as a result of these courses.
