RoyalJet Group has expanded its UAE presence, adding Dubai as new operating base. RoyalJet is now basing aircraft from its industry-leading fleet at Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai, in addition to its existing operating bases at Abu Dhabi International Airport and Al Bateen International Airport (Abu Dhabi’s city airport). Business and leisure travelers can now charter these aircraft, which include Boeing Business Jet VVIP Airliners and Bombardier Global 5000 corporate jets, directly into and out of Dubai. The Emirate’s increased demand for private jet travel and the impending launch of Expo 2020 prompted this decision.

Rob DiCastri, CEO, RoyalJet said: “Despite this challenging ongoing pandemic, Dubai has found a way to grow private jet traffic into and out of this beautiful city, flying in the face of the trend which has been seen outside only the US and maybe Europe.  As one of the leading global destinations for tourism and business, Dubai continues to thrive and welcome guests from numerous countries”.

With Expo 2020 just around the corner, traffic to and from Dubai and the UAE will undoubtedly increase, as will demand capacity in all aviation areas, including the VVIP sector. RoyalJet is taking an unique step as a UAE firm to support this spectacular event and give exceptional options for VVIP guests and larger groups.

The world’s largest fleet of Boeing Business Jets is operated by RoyalJet, with seating configurations ranging from a 19-seat VVIP layout with master bedroom and shower to a 52-seat corporate shuttle and everything in between. In these aircrafs, the company is used to flying heads of state, ambassadors, ministers, members of the Royal Family, and other Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, and huge government delegations, sports teams, and large family groups. The company also runs two Bombardier Global 5000 aircraft that accommodate up to 12 people for smaller parties.

“If ever there was a right time for RoyalJet to bring its industry leading aircraft and services to Dubai it is now,” added DiCastri.

Also said, “We are ready to support the efforts made by our government to make this event a major success, bringing our expertise and our capacity to Al Maktoum International Airport which is so perfectly located near the Expo 2020 grounds.  Our focus will be on bringing as many visitors as possible to the UAE over this period in the most safe, secure and enjoyable manner possible.”
