The Myriad Dubai and The Myriad Muscat deployed a cloud-based converged wired-wireless LAN solution from Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, each comprised of over 70 LAN switches and 1900 wireless access points.

As part of the partnership, RIT Dubai students will have access to the Alcatel-Lucent OmniAccess® Stellar LBS solution to develop projects as part of their course. This will serve the dual purpose of giving students the opportunity to lead real projects in an industrial context.
