Egypt’s government-led digital transformation is the top technology trend for the second half of 2021, according to global technology corporation SAP, which says it will help businesses and innovatively take citizen services to new heights.

While just over half of retailers cite a digital supply chain as a top-three priority for their success, many have not yet integrated the types of technologies, such as AI, that comprise an intelligent digital supply chain. Also, only 29% are effectively sharing supply-chain data with business partners, which could include manufacturers and wholesalers.

The Series C was led by Tiger Global Management, LLC, a New York-based technology investor that partners with dynamic entrepreneurs operating market-leading growth companies, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Spotify, ByteDance, and JD.com.

Technology investments are contributing to organizational success, including improving citizen and customer experiences (48 percent), employee experiences (47 percent), and employee productivity (46 percent).
