The dynamics of global industries, patterns of economic development, and the functioning of people’s daily lives have all been dramatically influenced by digitalization. Digital technology has established itself as a critical component of effective involvement in societal and economic activities as the usage of the Internet and information communications technology (ICT) increases throughout the world and the digital sector outpaces expansion in other sectors.

Individuals and societies are empowered to use ICT successfully, allowing them to participate in and profit from today’s digitalized economies and society through digital inclusion. As governments and companies continue to make their services “digital by default,” there is a greater need and urgency to guarantee that everyone has Internet access and capability. Digital competence is becoming a requirement of modern life, and no one can afford to fall behind.

Technology is used in today’s businesses and educational institutions to give economic and educational opportunities. However, many neighborhoods and households lack consistent internet connectivity, resulting in a digital gap that makes it difficult for individuals and companies to respond to economic and social change.

As an ongoing effort to bring all stakeholders of the technology industry to one platform, techx ran a special feature on its official news website www.techxmedia.com and techx tv for the entire month of July and the first week of August.
