WETEX and Dubai Solar Show (DSS) serve as a dynamic platform highlighting the embrace of a sustainable circular economy within the UAE
The event has proven its international status as an integrated platform for energy, water and environmental companies, to promote their innovative products, services and technologies; and to meet decision-makers, investors, buyers and visitors from around the world to close deals and build partnerships, and to review the latest technologies and developments.
During the conference, Al Tayer said that, 1,049 companies from 52 countries are participating in the virtual exhibition so far, including 168 solar companies, which has also attracted 47 sponsors.
The two exhibitions have recorded a growing number of companies from 4 to 2,350 companies over 21 years. The number of participating countries has increased from 2 to 55 countries, while the number of sponsors has increased from 3 to more than 100 sponsors and partners. The exhibitions spread over 85,000 square metres.
Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) will organise the 22nd Water, Energy, Technology and Environment Exhibition (WETEX) and the 5th Dubai Solar Show virtually from 26-28 October 2020. The two exhibitions will provide a new experience for exhibitors to display their products innovatively, through 3D customisable stands to suit each company’s needs.
