Chamber members’ exports and re-exports to GCC nations increased 16.4% year-over-year to AED 79.6 billion in the first eight months of 2021, compared to last year’s same period. GCC markets accounted for 53% of members’ total exports and re-exports. In August 2021, members’ exports and re-exports to GCC nations were AED 11.4 billion, up 37 percent from the previous month.
