Freshworks Launches New UAE Data Center to Enhance MEA Services

Freshworks Inc. (NASDAQ: FRSH) has launched a cutting-edge data center in the UAE, powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS), to enhance its services across the Middle East and Africa (MEA). This significant move reinforces Freshworks’ commitment to driving innovation and supporting the digital transformation of businesses in the region.

Freshworks will be partnering with AWS in joint go-to-market efforts to serve our mutual customers in the region.”

Serving customers from 72 countries, the UAE data center will become the hub of Freshworks’ MEA operations. Leveraging AWS’s robust cloud infrastructure, Freshworks aims to deliver superior performance and compliance with regional data residency requirements.
