Ajman Tourism Development Department (ATDD) has launched “Jadara” program in cooperation with the Ministry of Community Development to train the emirate’s hospitality workers in the art of dealing with people of determination. The initiative comes in line with “Ajman Vision 2021” to build a happy society with members effectively contributing to comprehensive and balanced development.
“Jadara” includes a broad set of tools to empower people of determination and integrate them into the workplace. Apart from that, various methods and approaches will be taken to ensure these special guests are provided with an exceptional tourism experience.
Organized by the classification division of licensing & tourism standards department of Ajman Tourism, “Jadara” program is offered to the employees of Ajman’s tourist establishments. It includes human resources, guest relations and other frontline employees along with the employees of Ajman Tourism Development Department.
