Sabin Iqbal joins TECHx as Group Editor

Sabin Iqbal, a senior journalist and author has joined TECHx as Group Editor. Iqbal, who has worked in the Middle East and India in mainstream media, has joined the company with over 20 years of journalistic experience.

He has worked long years in reporting international events, editing newspapers, magazines, news portals, and books, leading communication/editorial departments and training, and curating literary festivals. He is also well-connected with nationally and internationally prominent figures in journalism and publishing.

He has worked The Gulf Today, Business India, Outlook, Sports Today, Vibrant Keralam, and Tehelka. He was also Editorial Director of Kochi-Muziris Biennale. He curated the three editions of Mathrubhumi International Festival of Letters, one of Asia’s largest literary festivals.

Iqbal is the author of two popular novels, The Cliffhangers, and the Middle East-based Shamal Days.
