QNAP’s Alex Tsai, Sales Manager – IMEA, shares that the company intends to collaborate with Saudi, Kuwait and Qatar partners on vertical solutions such as Finance, Medical, Education, and Media Production in 2023.
QNAP has released the TS-hx87XU-RP series of QuTS hero NAS, which is available in 9, 18, 22, and 30-bay models. The series incorporates the power of Intel® Xeon® E-2300 series processors, prioritizes data integrity, and offers powerful data reduction, near-limitless snapshots, up to 5 petabytes capacity per shared folder, and more, making it an ideal storage solution for file servers, virtualization servers, VDI, and backup/restore.
QNAP has been deploying NAS / backup solutions in the GCC region since 2010; we intend to collaborate with Saudi/Kuwait and Qatar partners in vertical solutions such as Finance, Medical, Education, and Media Production.
Many entry users are more interested in cloud solutions, which may have an impact on the NAS business. However, SMB to enterprise customers’ data is still growing and demanding more safety and confidentiality protection, so QNAP will force high Network Detection and Response (NDR) to ensure all data is protected by zero risk on QNAP NAS.
QNAP will introduce HDP (Hyper Data Protector) and HBS (Hybrid Backup Sync) at Gitex 2022. HDP can back up an unlimited number of VMware® / Hyper-V environments and PCs. HDP provides you with a cost-effective and dependable disaster recovery plan, ensuring that your services are operational 24/7. HBS could keep three copies, two types of storage, and one copy off-site to ensure your data’s security. On the other hand, HBS has QuDedup (Data deduplication technology) to save bandwidth and time/SSD life when backing up to 34 cloud services.
