• Remote Support: Real-time chat translation is now facilitated through an integration with AWS Translation Services, enabling representatives to provide localized support chat to customers in over 75 languages instantaneously, eliminating language barriers.
• Privilege Management for Unix/Linux & Active Directory Bridge: Support for cached policies and logging has been introduced, enabling organizations with Linux workstation deployments to maintain productivity and security, even in the face of unreliable connectivity.
