NTT DATA Secures Deal with Salesforce to Drive Digital Transformation

NTT DATA, a prominent figure in digital business and IT services, has been chosen by Salesforce, the AI CRM provider, to spearhead the standardization and optimization of its application ecosystem.

In this partnership, NTT DATA will take charge of managing and enhancing hundreds of applications within Salesforce’s infrastructure. This move aims to enable Salesforce to focus on empowering its clientele with data-driven insights and heightened productivity through AI utilization. The array of applications encompasses various domains, including Salesforce Sales, Marketing, Service, Experience, and Commerce Clouds, along with MuleSoft, Heroku, Slack, and a multitude of third-party and customized applications.

Lauren Wortmann, VP of Cloud and Enterprise Applications at NTT DATA MEA, expressed, “This collaboration underscores the deep-rooted relationship and confidence that Salesforce has in NTT DATA. In June, we are set to unveil a suite of Salesforce services under NTT DATA Middle East and Africa. We are excited to embark on this journey, leveraging Salesforce’s cutting-edge technologies to drive transformative outcomes for our clients.”

Juan Perez, Chief Information Officer at Salesforce, highlighted the significance of consolidating managed services across the Salesforce stack. In addition to its collaboration with Salesforce, NTT DATA has opted for Slack as its internal collaboration platform, equipping its workforce with a robust tool to foster seamless communication, information sharing, and collaboration.
