RTA Trials Smart Rail Inspection Vehicle

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai has launched the trial operation of a smart inspection vehicle aimed at monitoring the rail right-of-way areas. This new vehicle is equipped with advanced intelligence systems and cameras, enabling it to detect violations, restricted activities, and damages within these zones.

Abdulrahman Al Janahi, Director of Rail Right of Way at RTA’s Rail Agency, stated that the launch of the smart inspection vehicle, in coordination with the Smart Services Department, is a critical step forward.
