Quest Nutra Pharma Digitizes Key Operations with Kissflow

Quest Nutra Pharma, a producer of nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals, has successfully digitized its critical quality management and operational workflows through a strategic partnership with Kissflow. By integrating Kissflow’s Low-Code platform, Quest has streamlined over 30 essential processes, including new product development, market compliance, and corrective action, resulting in enhanced operational efficiency and accuracy.

The move towards a paperless environment has significantly automated Quest’s operations, improving quality assurance, compliance, and deviation management. With production capabilities spanning the UAE, UK, and EU – including 8 million blister packs, 200 million tablets, and 14 trillion probiotic bacteria annually – the company required a robust solution to handle its extensive and complex workflows.

Abhra Chandra, Sr. Executive Quality Management System (QMS) at Quest, highlighted the complexity of the company’s quality-related processes, which include change control, market compliance, non-conformance, and CAPA activities.
