OPPO has announced the launch of its new cross-country warranty service, now accessible for selected devices purchased within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and India. This new service offers OPPO customers seamless access to comprehensive warranty, repair, and upgrade services at authorized OPPO service centers across these regions.

The cross-country warranty program covers a variety of OPPO models, including the A3x, A3, A3 Pro 5G, Reno12 series, and F27Pro+, among others, and is available to customers in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and India. With this initiative, customers can now bring their OPPO devices, along with the purchase receipt and warranty card, to any authorized service center in the GCC and India for free warranty services and system upgrades.

For devices no longer under warranty, OPPO provides repair services at a competitive cost. Customers can replace essential components, such as the mainboard, screen assembly, and battery, with local service centers setting the prices. Before any upgrade, customers are advised to back up their data, as system updates could result in data loss. The warranty period begins upon activation of the E-Warranty card, and any service charges are subject to local service center policies. Full policy details are available on OPPO’s official support site: https://support.oppo.com/.

As OPPO continues to prioritize customer experience, this cross-country warranty service underscores its commitment to providing accessible and reliable after-sales support across the GCC and India. By facilitating easy access to essential services, OPPO reaffirms its dedication to customer satisfaction, quality care, and the renowned reliability of its brand.
