Ericsson and e& UAE Sign MoU for 6G Collaboration

Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC) and e& UAE have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly explore the future of 6G technology, its use cases, and the evolution of mobile networks. This collaboration marks an early engagement in shaping the next generation of mobile communication technologies through a series of technical discussions and research initiatives.

The MoU aims to drive progress in 6G technology by exploring key concepts and use cases, with a focus on advancing mobile networks beyond 5G. As part of this agreement, both companies will work together to investigate how 6G can transform communication systems, making them more efficient, sustainable, and capable of merging the digital and physical worlds.

Khalid Murshed, Chief Technology and Information Officer of e& UAE, commented, “e& UAE has pioneered new technologies since 1976, powering people and societies.
