ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), an AI-powered business transformation company, has expanded its strategic partnership with NVIDIA to accelerate the adoption of Agentic AI in enterprises. The collaboration focuses on co-developing native AI Agents using NVIDIA’s NIM Agent Blueprints within the ServiceNow platform. These AI Agents will leverage business-specific knowledge to automate and simplify complex workflows, allowing customers to easily activate solutions for a variety of use cases.
By combining six years of joint innovation in AI models, ServiceNow and NVIDIA are enhancing the integration of AI in enterprise operations. The companies are working together to explore multiple AI agent use cases, reshaping how businesses leverage AI to boost productivity and efficiency.
ServiceNow’s Now Platform is positioning itself as a key foundation for enterprise transformation in the era of generative AI. Leveraging NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure, including the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software platform, the NeMo framework, and NIM microservices running on NVIDIA DGX Cloud, this partnership is set to revolutionize industries by streamlining workflows and driving AI-powered business transformations.
“Generative AI is a major catalyst for our industry, and ServiceNow and NVIDIA are bringing the next wave of Agentic AI to enterprises everywhere,” said Bill McDermott, Chairman and CEO of ServiceNow. “With the combined strength of our world-class teams, we’re empowering organizations to modernize and lead in an AI-driven future.”
NVIDIA’s founder and CEO, Jensen Huang, commented, “The convergence of accelerated computing and generative AI is driving enterprise transformation. Together, NVIDIA and ServiceNow are preparing organizations for agentic AI services that will unlock unprecedented productivity across industries.”
The partnership also focuses on enhancing ServiceNow AI Agents with NVIDIA NIM Agent Blueprints for cybersecurity. Initially introduced in September 2024, ServiceNow AI Agents are designed to comprehend complex tasks, prioritize actions, and execute strategies. These agents will soon include advanced capabilities, starting with a Vulnerability Analysis for Container Security AI Agent. Using NVIDIA NIM Agent Blueprints, the companies will enable customers to automate vulnerability analysis, provide recommendations for human agents, and streamline security processes. This AI Agent will be available in ServiceNow’s AI Agent Studio in 2025, making it easy for customers to deploy and activate.
ServiceNow AI Agents are transforming workflows across enterprises, from single issue resolutions to managing complete incident response processes. The partnership also includes the development of AI Agents for Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM), aimed at reducing resolution times and enhancing agent productivity. Governance tools, powered by NVIDIA’s NeMo Guardrails software, will ensure organizations can add necessary oversight to meet their business-specific needs.
As ServiceNow and NVIDIA continue to expand their AI-driven solutions, the partnership is poised to deliver even more innovative use cases and AI Agents in 2025, driving efficiency, security, and productivity across industries.
