HP Amplify AI is a customizable, persona-based program that equips partners with role-specific training and certifications through the HP Amplify AI HUB, a centralized resource hub. The program also includes AI-powered sales tools and coaching to help partners demonstrate how AI solutions enhance productivity and deliver meaningful customer outcomes. With the rollout starting on November 1, 2024, HP is taking a significant step toward future-proofing businesses and fostering growth in the AI landscape.
To enhance partner efficiency, HP has introduced an AI-powered chatbot for the HP Partner Portal, streamlining access to information. Additionally, the Configured Price Quote (CPQ) platform, now operational in 108 countries, speeds up pricing processes to improve collaboration. These tools empower partners to drive productivity and deliver superior customer experiences.
The HP Future Ready AI MasterClass training program, launched earlier this year, has enrolled over 12,000 users. With refreshed and localized content, this initiative continues to enable partners globally to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
The HP Business Partner Program has expanded globally, welcoming a broader partner ecosystem, including non-HP Amplify partners. The program supports small and medium businesses (SMBs) by offering streamlined processes, quick onboarding, and real-time access to pricing, training materials, and sales resources. This global expansion ensures partners have the tools and insights needed to succeed in the AI-driven future.
