Held on September 12, this event served as a reaffirmation of Acer’s unwavering commitment to the dealers and resellers within the UAE channel. It was structured into a morning session dedicated to commercial and education partners, followed by an afternoon segment aimed at consumer partners, aligning perfectly with Acer’s goal of fostering closer collaboration with its channel partners. Michele Montecchio, the General Manager of Acer Middle East, emphasized the pivotal role of partners in Acer’s business model, acknowledging that their contribution is invaluable to the company’s success. She noted that the channel accounts for a substantial 25% of the UAE revenue market in the PC segment, according to data from the International Data Corporation (IDC) for the first half of 2023.
