Apple has officially introduced the highly anticipated iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max, boasting larger displays, cutting-edge camera features, and stunning graphics for immersive gaming. Powered by the new A18 Pro chip, these devices represent Apple’s most advanced iPhones yet.

The iPhone 16 Pro series includes a new 48MP Fusion camera with a faster quad-pixel sensor, enabling 4K120 fps video recording in Dolby Vision — a first for any smartphone. Other key camera improvements include a 48MP Ultra Wide lens for higher-resolution shots and macro photography, along with a 5x Telephoto camera on both models. Both devices also feature studio-quality microphones for capturing high-fidelity audio.

Bigger Displays and Lightweight Design

iPhone 16 Pro now sports a 6.3-inch display, while the iPhone 16 Pro Max features a 6.9-inch screen — the largest in iPhone history. Both models showcase Super Retina XDR displays with Always-On and ProMotion technology. These devices are crafted from durable, lightweight titanium and feature the thinnest borders ever seen on an iPhone.

Innovative Camera Control and Pro-Level Creativity

A standout new feature is Camera Control, which provides a faster, more intuitive way to access the camera system. With a tactile switch and capacitive sensor, users can adjust settings like zoom, exposure, and depth of field with a simple swipe. This feature will be enhanced with new capabilities like a two-stage shutter for automatic focus locking, making it easier than ever to capture professional-quality photos and videos.

The iPhone 16 Pro series also introduces Audio Mix, an advanced tool for editing video sound, allowing users to focus on voice audio or enhance environmental sounds for a cinematic effect. Additionally, these models now support spatial photos, providing remarkable depth for Apple Vision Pro users.

A18 Pro Chip: Unmatched Performance

At the core of the new Pro models is the A18 Pro chip, built with second-generation 3-nanometer technology. The chip delivers up to 20% faster GPU performance and supports hardware-accelerated ray tracing for enhanced gaming experiences. The 16-core Neural Engine further optimizes machine learning tasks, enabling features like Apple Intelligence — a personal assistant designed to simplify daily tasks while safeguarding user privacy.

Eco-Friendly Design and Pricing

Apple continues its commitment to sustainability, with the iPhone 16 Pro series incorporating over 25% recycled materials, including 100% recycled aluminum in the internal frame and 95% recycled lithium in the battery. Both models are available in four finishes: black titanium, natural titanium, white titanium, and desert titanium.

Pre-orders for the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max begin on Friday, September 13, with devices available starting September 20. Pricing for the iPhone 16 Pro starts at AED 4,299, while the iPhone 16 Pro Max starts at AED 5,099. For more details on availability and trade-in offers, visit Apple’s official website.
