Canon Middle East has unveiled its latest product: the imageFORMULA DR-S350NW, a compact and secure A4 desktop scanner designed for speed, efficiency, and quality. This innovative scanner is suitable for businesses of all types and sizes, including those in education, legal, healthcare, and small office sectors.
The imageFORMULA DR-S350NW is user-friendly, operating without the need for a PC connection or software installation. It features Canon’s web-embedded application, CaptureOnTouch Lite Web, enabling users to connect quickly and scan directly from a computer or mobile web browser. The direct job scanning function allows users to set up preconfigured scan workflow jobs directly on the scanner, facilitating easy document distribution to various output destinations, such as shared folders, Teams, email, and FTP servers.
Equipped with a large 4.3-inch color LCD touch panel screen, the scanner includes a customizable menu, enabling users to edit and check scanning jobs and preview scanned images directly, enhancing quality control. The imageFORMULA DR-S350NW also offers flexible connectivity options with USB, LAN, and Wi-Fi interfaces, compatible with both 2.5GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi frequencies.
Security is a top priority for the DR-S350NW, which complies with the latest WPA3 standards, ensuring robust encryption and safeguarding sensitive information against cyber threats. It also features advanced security options, such as user access restriction controls and document encryption technology, protecting information throughout the scanning process, even in shared working environments.
