Abdelilah Nejjari has been named as Cisco’s new Managing Director for the Gulf region. He will be based in Dubai and will be in charge of all operations in the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Yemen, Pakistan, and Afghanistan.
Abdelilah will be in charge of driving Cisco’s business growth and strategy, with a focus on accelerating digital transformation for customers in the Gulf region and collaborating closely with Cisco’s partner ecosystem.
Abdelilah brings to the role over two decades of diverse experience in ICT and executive leadership, including over fifteen years with Cisco.
He was most recently Cisco’s Partner Lead and Chief Operating Officer for the Middle East and Africa, where he was in charge of planning and executing Cisco’s operational policies, go-to-market strategies, and priorities in the region. He was also in charge of strengthening and growing Cisco’s relationship with its expanding partner ecosystem.

Abdelilah will support Cisco customers on their digital journeys in his new role, focusing on business agility, unified IT, hybrid work, and pivoting to cloud software and services, all while ensuring a seamless customer experience and end-to-end cybersecurity.
