du Partners with Accenture to Transform IT Operations

du, a leading telecom and digital services provider, has entered a strategic partnership with Accenture, signing a five-year contract focused on Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) for its IT landscape.

Under this ADM contract, Accenture will collaborate closely with du and its partners to implement a new operating model that enhances flexibility and predictability while maintaining and evolving du’s IT applications. This initiative aims to break down silos, accelerate time-to-market, and foster the launch of innovative products and services, all while improving operational efficiencies.

Additionally, Accenture will support du in adopting new technologies, including generative AI and advanced analytics, aligning with du’s digital-first strategy to achieve its business objectives.
