Dubai Future Foundation (DFF) has teamed up with the Dubai Government Human Resources Department to introduce the Future of Government Work Accelerators Program. This initiative aims to assist government entities in Dubai in adopting optimal work practices, aligning with evolving workplace transformations and enhancing the city’s preparedness for the future.
In alignment with the objectives of the Dubai Social Agenda 33, launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the program seeks to elevate societal well-being for government sector employees and improve work-life balance.
Administered by Dubai Future Accelerators (DFA), the program will engage 13 government entities, fostering the sharing of best practices and insights to address current and future challenges in government work. Workshops within the program will delve into topics such as automation, talent development, digitization, work-life balance, 21st-century skills, job security, remote work, recruitment strategies, legal structures, and more.
The Future of Government Work Accelerators Program is designed around three primary objectives: consolidating efforts to empower talent in the government sector, understanding challenges and changes affecting government work, and foreseeing significant future challenges in preparing government employees.
