DXC Technology has extended its strategic partnership with ServiceNow, an AI-driven platform for business transformation, to accelerate the adoption of generative AI (GenAI) solutions worldwide. The collaboration introduces a Generative AI Center of Excellence (CoE), combining DXC’s industry expertise with ServiceNow’s advanced GenAI capabilities to simplify AI implementation for businesses.

This initiative addresses the growing need for organizations to derive value from AI investments quickly. The Center of Excellence leverages DXC’s AI Impact consulting and engineering services alongside ServiceNow’s Now Assist solution to help businesses modernize operations, optimize performance, and deliver tangible results. For instance, DXC has integrated Now Assist into its service delivery platform, revolutionizing incident management for over 500 clients and saving nearly 10,000 hours monthly, while enhancing operational efficiency and customer experiences.

The partnership builds on a 15-year collaboration between DXC and ServiceNow, with DXC helping organizations deploy ServiceNow’s products and services globally. Successful implementations include Swiss Federal Railways, where DXC integrated employee and customer-facing applications to support the safe transport of 1.25 million passengers daily, and Jollibee Foods Corporation, where DXC unified platforms to streamline mission-critical operations. Additionally, DXC collaborated with the City of Milan’s Civil Protection Department during the COVID-19 pandemic to manage the distribution of personal protective equipment.

Globally, DXC has achieved over 2,000 ServiceNow certifications and 1,300 accreditations, underscoring its expertise in AI and digital transformation. As a member of the ServiceNow Council AI Product Advisory Board, DXC actively contributes to shaping future AI solutions based on customer insights.

Howard Boville, DXC Executive Vice President of Consulting and Engineering Services – Powered by AI, emphasized the importance of the partnership in addressing customer challenges, including data privacy, governance, and compliance. Erica Volini, Senior Vice President, Global Partnerships and Channels at ServiceNow, highlighted the potential of the collaboration to drive business transformation with scalable AI solutions.

The expanded partnership between DXC Technology and ServiceNow aims to deliver real-world GenAI value, ensuring businesses achieve measurable outcomes through cutting-edge AI solutions.
